The Couple: Sydney and Caleb
Sydney and Caleb have a natural chemistry that manifest itself in giggles, cuddles, and so much full belly laughter. They can’t stop looking at each other and squishing each other’s faces with excitement. They are the epitome of beautiful, sweet, excited love. During this cold, winter session at Warm River in Aston, Idaho, they reminisced about how they met. At a youth activity, Sydney walked in and Caleb instantly saw her. When her brother walked in and stood next to her, Caleb was saddened by the fact that Sydney already appeared to have a boyfriend. However, Caleb also caught Sydney’s eye and it wasn’t too long that the misunderstanding was remedied and the couple started dating. They clicked immediately. They described it as being so easy to be around each other. Time goes by fast and they can’t get enough time together. Sydney and Caleb are college students. Between their busy school schedules, they make as much time as they can for each other cooking meals, planning adventures, cuddling, and studying. The couple quickly knew that they would be getting married. Caleb order a ring to propose with, they set a date, and started the wedding plans. But the ring kept getting delayed and when their engagement session date rolled around the ring still hadn’t arrived, or so Sydney thought. Little did she know that Caleb planned to propose during their engagement session!
Dressing for Your Engagements
Sydney’s dress is from Jessakae. She wanted her dress to be soft, and full of movement and this one fit the bill perfect. She also got a spray tan from Glow by Maddie before her session that really made her beautiful hair stand out and highlight that smile that never left her face. Caleb’s suit was from Men’s Wearhouse. He added a purple vest and stripped jacket that highlighted the floral colors in her dress. They made a beautiful couple, made more so by the love and happiness apparent on their faces.
Island Park Proposal Story
While we started the session on the mountain, with beautiful pines and aspens showcasing a winter wonderland, Sydney’s parents set up a little area by the Warm River Campground bridge for Caleb to propose. There were flowers and a lighted sign saying “Marry Me” and she was very surprised. She instantly hugged and kissed and jumped up and down after Caleb proposed. It took a bit to get the ring on her finger due to all the excitement. They got engaged on February 20, 2022. The couple enjoys doing outdoor activities like jeeping, razoring, hiking, motorbiking, and snowmobiling. They plan on getting married in Pocatello Idaho in April of 2022 with their big families at their side. They are excited to start a life together.
