Remember Callie and Jeremiah’s really pretty and really cool engagement session at The Red Barn Pumpkin Patch in Idaho Falls? Check it out here. Still one of my favorite engagement sessions and still one of my favorite weddings. Got to say I continue to love this couple!

A Romantic Fall Wedding at Snake River Meadows in Ririe, Idaho

Some weddings stay with you long after the day is over—and this fall wedding at Snake River Meadows in Ririe is one I’ll never forget. From the sweetest couple to the intentional design choices and the incredible Eastern Idaho scenery, this day was the perfect blend of romance, elegance, and fall charm.

As a wedding photographer, getting to document a couple from engagement to wedding day is always special. I photographed their engagement session the year before at The Red Barn Pumpkin Patch in Idaho Falls, so it felt incredibly full-circle when pumpkins made a bold return in their wedding décor—this time elevated with deep purples and rich blacks for a more refined, elegant fall look.

A Scenic Ceremony Overlooking the Heise Mountains

The couple exchanged vows outdoors at Snake River Meadows, with sweeping views of the Heise mountains stretching behind them. Early fall brought warm tones to the meadows and soft light that wrapped everything in a golden glow.

The ceremony space at Snake River Meadows is truly one of its highlights. The open landscape, mountain backdrop, and peaceful setting make it an incredible venue for couples who want a scenic Idaho wedding without feeling overly rustic.

When it was time for couple portraits, everything aligned perfectly. The meadows were glowing, the sunset showed off, and the Snake River added such a peaceful, romantic element to the background. And then there was the bride’s dress—easily one of my favorites. It had a true fantasy feel, flowing effortlessly in the breeze and catching the light in the most beautiful way.
