Just a short drive from the town of Jackson, the Tetons rise dramatically from the valley floor, creating an unforgettable backdrop for couples who want a wedding day surrounded by nature.
This beautiful wedding day began with the couple exchanged vows at The Wedding Tree with the Teton mountains towering behind them. We had a bit of smoke but I thought it added to the fairytale feel of the scenery. Intimate weddings like this allow couples to slow down and focus on what matters most—celebrating their commitment while sharing the moment with the people they love.
As an elopement photographer in the Jackson Hole area, one of my favorite parts of the day happens after the ceremony. Instead of rushing off to a reception, couples often spend time exploring the park together for portraits. Hannah and Chris had a quick moment with their close family and friends. This consisted of a quick toast and cutting the cake. After saying a small goodbye to everyone, we planned on a 2 hr session in the park getting wedding photos. This relaxed time allows us to visit some of the most scenic areas in the Tetons while capturing natural moments between the newlyweds.
