Winter Engagements Wolverine Tree Farm | S&T

Pink Skies with Snow Laden Pines and Warm, Genuine Smiles

Engagements

It’s wedding day! But before I head out the door I wanted to share this adorable winter session that I did at Wolverine Tree Farm in Idaho Falls with Shaustia and Terrin. They were so natural with each other, laughing and cuddling and we had a good, though cold time, at the tree farm. The sun was bright, which kept us from freezing. And I thoroughly enjoyed showcasing their love among the pines.

I asked if it was love at first sight and Terrin said he was definitely interested. 😀 He propsed by the Washington Monument in D.C. and did a good job tricking her. They will be getting married this spring at the Idaho Falls Temple and I’m thrilled to be part of the process.

Be sure to check out this engagement session with the Tetons and horses! It’s lovely!!

Wolverine Tree Farm is private property with acres of the most beautiful caliper trees which include Colorado Blue spruce, Serbian Spruce, Burrenglish Oak, American Linden, Norway Maple, Hackberry. For the last couple of years the owners have had come and cut your own Christmas Trees by appointment only. They are wonderful for allowing us to come enjoy their property. We loved it and are so grateful for their generosity. I always try hard to take care of the areas that I use. The owners named it after the canyon that is close to Idaho Falls. Kim, the owner,  said, “The long term goal is to have a park that is open to the public that will not require any tax dollars to maintain. Trees and shrubs will always be growing somewhere on the farm/park for the purpose of selling for the continued maintenance expences. Meanwhile, I get to design, grow and create something magnificent. Something I hope will inspire people to never let someone else determine their worth, or limit their ambition to be a success. My name is Kim Getsinger, and I am a “tree hugger”.” Thanks Kim for your gift.
